HMC20 is Knife Gate Valve monoblock type LUG two way valve for use with abrasive fluids in low and medium solid concentrations, small and medium particles between 10% – 30%. Specially designed for pipeline of materials coming from mining.

Knife gate valve for assembly between DIN PN10 and ANSI 150lbs flanges, other flanges on request.

The HAP model is a one-way wafer knife gate valve (with two-way option), specific to applications with high work pressures.
Depending on work conditions and the application, the body can be mono-block, with one welded part, or two robust half-bodies, mechanically welded and joined together.

The RBR-HP model is a bypass gate valve, designed for difficult applications in installations that conduct liquids laden with suspended solids, at up to 10% concentration.

It is a bi-directional valve for mounting between DIN PN10 flanges.

The RBR-HC model is a wafer-type valve for general use for fluids, although it is also suitable for installations for conveying liquids loaded with solids in suspension.

Unidirectional valve (optionally bidirectional) for mounting between DIN PN10 flanges.

The RBR-PAL-LUG model has features similar to the RBR-PAL, its particularity being that the body has lugs so it completely anchors to the flange. This feature means it can be used at the end of a line.
For general use with fluids, it is also appropriate for installations that conduct liquids laden with suspended solids.

The CP valve is an oscillating flap wafer check valve (without spring) for assembly between DIN, ANSI, JIS, etc. flanges.
Its main feature is that the fluid passage diameter is off-centre from the pipe’s axis, meaning that the flap opens further, leading to lower head loss.
Available in standard materials such as Carbon Steel, AISI 316L, BRONZE, BRONZE ALUMINIUM, as well as special alloys AISI 904L, SUPERDUPLEX 5A, SUPERDUPLEX 6A, DUPLEX 4A, etc.

The RDCR valve is a wafer disk check valve for assembly between UNE-EN-558 Series 52 flanges.
This valve is to be used “all/nothing” (“on/off”). In other words, it must be completely opened, so it should never be used to regulate volume flow, since it was prematurely wear out the inner elements and lead to valve failure.
Available in standard materials such as Carbon Steel, AISI 316L, BRONZE, BRONZE ALUMINIUM, as well as special alloys AISI 904L, SUPERDUPLEX 5A, SUPERDUPLEX 6A, DUPLEX 4A, etc.

The dual plate check valve type DCT is a valve type Wafer.
It is designed without drills in the body, the sealing to the outside is limited to the flange sealing, being the perfect valve for use with steam, gas and liquid to high temperature.
Design according to standard EN-558-1 or API 594, and for assembly between DIN, ANSI, JIS flanges. Available in Carbon Steel.
